And I am super passionate about helping conscious and spiritual women heal their blocks, feel aligned and empowered, and manifest their soul-fulfilling dream lives. As an intuitive life coach and energy healer based in Overland Park, KS (and online worldwide), I walk beside women who are ready to step into their power and create lives that feel magical and aligned.
I firmly believe that every woman deserves to live a life that feels magical and right-for-her.
It is completely possible to create that kind of life for yourself when you learn how to listen to your soul, release energetic blocks, and truly step into your power as a magical co-creator of your own reality.
I believe this because that is exactly what I did!
Let me tell you a little of my story:
A few years ago I knew I had to change my life. On the outside, I had checked all the boxes—I had the relationship, the successful business, the social life.
But on the inside, I felt increasingly drained, burned out, unaligned, and unfulfilled. I was living my life from my wounds, fears, and blocks and knew I was out of sync with who my soul came here to be.
Through releasing my blocks and finding more and more alignment with my own soul, I went from feeling stuck and unfulfilled to feeling empowered and joyful.
I learned how to listen to my intuition and started manifesting the life I truly wanted. This led me to moving across the country, starting my life purpose work as an intuitive coach, manifesting and marrying my soulmate, and calling in our dream home.
And that left me with a passion to help other women create their own soul-aligned lives through spiritual life coaching and energy healing sessions—both in Kansas City and online.
All of my energy healing sessions combine the gentle, nurturing energy of Reiki with the powerful elemental frequencies of Seichem—an ancient Egyptian healing system that channels Earth, Fire, Water, and Spirit. Together, these modalities support deep energetic clearing, emotional release, intuitive activation, and spiritual alignment. Whether you're seeking grounding, clarity, heart healing, or a deeper connection to your inner self, this sacred blend of energies is designed to meet you exactly where you are and guide you gently into balance, wholeness, and radiance.
